Shall we start a new week with some fitness inspiration in the form of hot Czech Republic babe, Zuzka Light? Well, I should not even ask such questions, I know.

But Zuzka is way more than your average fitness model with hundreds of thousands of followers on Instagram.

I did not know only until recently (read ten minutes ago), that Zuzka is actually an ex-pornstar. Yes, this insanely tempting sports addict shot pornos several years back. And you can still find quite a lot of her XXX scenes on the world wide web if you search for Susana Spears.

Yes, that’s her!

I remember seeing a YouTube video of Zuzka Light a few years ago and I surely was impressed by her physique. Moreover, I instantly knew that she must be a Eurobabe due to her accent. I did not bother much and just forgot about her.

However, it was yesterday when YouTube again recommended a video of Zuzka. Of course, I clicked play due to the inviting thumbnail. I showed it to my lady and it was today when she actually followed one of Zuzka’s training videos for the first time.

All of a sudden it hit me. Today is Monday and Zuzka Light will be our hottie of the week. When I started doing my research, I quite quickly found out that, yes, Zuzka is a former adult performer. How cool is that?

Now I know why she has such damn massive male following. No doubt, she is insanely sexy, but it must be the pornos!

Anyhow, Zuzana Majorova is her real name and she breaths fitness. Moreover, Zuzka lives in Los Angeles, California and does all bunch of stuff. From running a popular YouTube channel to having her own workout program and even apparel, Zuzka Light is a multi-talented woman indeed. She sure is making moves!

I decided to work on my agility and balance this year so I’m bringing the good old Bosu Ball into the ZGYM workouts to add more dimension into our training. So far I did 2 workouts with it and it was awesome. I’m hoping the agility and balance I’ll gain from my training will translate into sports and real life activities like hiking. There are many examples out there that show us that getting into shape, building strength or losing fat even in old age is possible. It’s still rare, not because it’s too hard, but because most people either don’t believe it’s possible or simply don’t have enough motivation to get out of their comfort zone. Getting into shape can be fun in any age, it depends on your own perspective and how you go about it. I have a good friend who’s 70 (hi Mila!) and she’s unbelievably fit, always active and beautiful. I’m not exaggerating. That’s how I want to see myself in my 70’s and older. I choose to see my future that way and so can you. And it’s never too late. It’s been already proven that even people who never exercised and started late in their 60’s have turned their health around and even were able to gain the strength and stamina of a 30 year old! There are people in their 40’s who think their too old. Wake up people! Our generation is going to live a lot longer. You have another 40 or more years to live. Would you rather ski, or swim in the ocean when you’re 70 or would you be rather falling asleep in front of TV and waking up in pain like most of old people in this era? New Years Resolutions: 1. Spending most of my time doing things that are really important. Things that will actually bring me closer to my goals. No more to do lists. 2. Spending 95% of my focus and energy on solutions and only 5% on problems 3. No more: doing things that made me miserable in 2018. Things that would distract me from doing what’s important for my future. Doing things out of guilt, obligation and other BS. 4. Reducing destructions to only 5% of my day: TV, News, Social Media, eating when I’m not hungry, shopping when I don’t need anything, day dreaming about the past or the future that turns into procrastination or even upset. 5. Using the extra time doing things that are fun, important and that make me excited about life!
